How to Apply
QLS provides each Partner Carrier with a structured and defined process to follow during the qualification process. This is accomplished as follows:
Partner Carrier completes application and submits to QLS (Form Below).
Partner Carrier completes a Partner Carrier Qualification document.
On-site audit by QLS personnel.
Follow-up (annual) audits will be scheduled accordingly.
